Maintenance packages do not have an explration date. Saved payment method will be charged monthly on the 1st of the month. It will auto-renew unless written notice is received. If your payment is declined we will need a new form of payment or it will result in membership cancellation. Maintenance package cannot be canceled after single payment. Early Cancellation of maintenace package will result in an early termination fee which is the balance of the 12 month plan and will be charged to the saved payment method. After 3 documented attempts to contact the customer by phone, text, or email to schedule equipment check will result in loss of your annual check up. Entering the maintenance package is an agreement to those terms.
